Terms of Use
The software service provider uses the XIGNCODE3 security service provided by Wellbia.com Co., Ltd. (the "Company").
The software provided (for example, a game or app) includes XIGNCODE3 modules. Whenever you launch the software, XIGNCODE3 automatically installs its latest version on your system (for example, a PC or smart device).
While you use the software on your system, XIGNCODE3 monitors the system to detect and prevent unauthorized activity. XIGNCODE3 stores information (data) related to unauthorized activity for the purpose of preventing it.
By using the software, you consent to the collection, storage, sharing, and disclosure of data by XIGNCODE3 for the purpose of preventing unauthorized activity. The data is used solely for this purpose, including identifying and suspending users engaged in unauthorized activity, analyzing the code used in such activity, and sharing relevant information with software service providers that use XIGNCODE3 security services.
You must comply with these XIGNCODE3 Terms of Use and its Privacy Policy when using the software.
If you refuse the processing of your personal information under the XIGNCODE3 Privacy Policy or request its removal or deletion, the software service provider, XIGNCODE3, and third parties may block your access to the game and prohibit you from playing it.

XIGNCODE3 loads the latest modules onto the system during initial loading to detect and prevent unauthorized activity affecting the software.
XIGNCODE3 modules are generally removed when the software is uninstalled. A XIGNCODE3 Uninstallation KIT is available if separate removal is needed.

While you use the software, XIGNCODE3 monitors your system to detect and prevent unauthorized activity in the software.
It analyzes software binaries and scans system memory.
It checks whether hack or cheat programs registered in the XIGNCODE3 database are running. It may log limited information about specific suspicious files, such as one-way hash values and file names, and transmit that information as needed.

Data Collection and Analysis
XIGNCODE3 stores information related to abuse to prevent cheating in the software. While the software is running, XIGNCODE3 processes information solely to determine whether hack or cheat programs found on the system are being used. It does not process or store your information for other purposes. The data never includes information that can identify an individual. Specific information is stored and processed in the following stages.
Collection: Information is transmitted from the system and collected in real time by the XIGNCODE3 backend.
Automatic classification: The collected information is classified automatically. If an unknown or suspicious pattern is found, the information is stored for manual analysis. If the pattern is determined to be unrelated to hack or cheat programs, the data is generally discarded within six months. If a known pattern is found, the information may be retained indefinitely as evidence of cheating.

Software developers and software service providers using XIGNCODE3 can use a GUID to review information through the XIGNCODE3 Web Server and impose account restrictions on users engaged in unauthorized activity. XIGNCODE3 provides information such as the detection date, user name, IP address, and hack tool name.
- 2. XIGNCODE3 may engage third-party contractors. All third parties must follow the same Privacy Policy as XIGNCODE3. Because XIGNCODE3 does not store sensitive personal information, it does not and cannot share such information with third parties.
Scope of Information Collection and Use
XIGNCODE3 is a security service designed to prevent unauthorized activity and protect software developers and software service providers from the resulting harm.

Limitation of the Company's Liability

- 2. The Company is not liable for problems caused by the user's computer environment or by network conditions for which the Company is not responsible.
- 3. The Company is not liable for disruptions or suspensions of XIGNCODE3 or services provided through XIGNCODE3 that are attributable to the user.
Matters Not Covered by These Terms
Matters not specified in these terms are governed by the applicable software service terms to which the user has agreed and by relevant laws and regulations, where those provisions apply.
